Core Concepts & Critical Behaviours
Core Accomplishment Behavioural Concepts©
There are many behaviours that could be consider to be an important part of an accomplished journey. However, at Infinite Evolution we believe we have isolated and identified the core behaviours almost all individuals that continuously unlock high levels of their potential demonstrate. There are many other behaviours that we can help delegates develop, but the four core behaviours form the foundation of our ABC process.
I.P.S.A.T.I.V.E. Goal Setting ©
Having observed and worked with highly accomplished individuals, we have been able to identify the fundamental differences in how these individuals set goals. Ipsative goal setting encourages the individual to consider their core motivators.
Ipsative assessment is the assessment of an individual’s progression based on their potential and start point.
Controllable Actions
Ensuring delegates focus on Controllable Actions rather than getting distressed over elements that are outside of their control or influence is vital.
We challenge delegates to identify items that can impact on their goals, and define whether these are able to be influenced, controlled, or entirely outside of their remit.
Commitment
No matter how well defined a goal is on paper, it is vitally important to ensure adequate internal motivation exists to be fully bought-in and adequate ownership exists for delegates to achieve their goals.
We have formulated methodologies that allow delegates to easily understand how internally motivated they may be to achieve their goals, and thereby take proactive steps toward goal alignment.
Prioritisation
Most of us have more items on our to-do list than we have time for, therefore choosing the goals that yield the highest value for the time committed is an essential component of the goal setting process.
Our toolkits help delegates define what is urgent and important, thereby ensuring they don’t become overwhelmed by the never ending to do list.
Critical Coachability Behaviours
There are many behaviours and concepts that contribute to an individual’s coachability and those that are given the greatest focus depend on the specific needs of any individual’s journey. However, like the four core Accomplishment Behaviours, we believe there are two critical coachability behaviours that coachees must be consistent in sustaining and developing for their journey to be one of individualised accomplishment that has a strong probability of unlocking a high percentage of their potential.
Support & Direction
An individual’s level of requirement for support and direction automatically impacts their level of coachability. We work with our delegates to help them develop techniques to continuously reduce the level of support and direction they require to function effectively. We often expand this to show how individuals can develop this to a stage where they can actually direct and support others, effectively becoming so coachable themselves that they can coach others.
Transactional State
The composure & balance of an individual’s mindset and communication style during interactions with others (and internally with themselves) is a key contributing factor to an individual’s level of coachability. We help delegates understand how much control they have over this and help them develop skills that allow them so remain in a transactional state that facilitates effective communication with others.
